Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Landscape Architect role based in Pune City. The Junior Landscape Architect will assist in developing landscape concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and producing planting plans for residential, commercial, and public spaces. Day-to-day tasks include supporting senior architects in landscape planning, coordinating with the architectural and interior design teams, and preparing visual presentations and documentation. The role involves site visits, basic measurements, and ensuring that designs respond to environmental, functional, and aesthetic requirements. The Junior Landscape Architect will also collaborate with vendors, contribute to project meetings, and support revisions based on client feedback.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Planning and Landscape Architecture to support the development of site-responsive designs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Design and Landscaping to assist with concept development, layout, and implementation details.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing Planting Plans, including selection of appropriate species and coordination with site conditions.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic graphic presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture with landscape focus, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow design guidelines, and willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary design environment.
- Interest in sustainable design practices and local ecology is an advantage.
