Job Title : Architect
Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Location : Pune
The Architect will be responsible for developing efficient, saleable, and code-compliant designs for high-rise residential towers, from concept refinement through detailed GFC documentation. You will ensure that drawings are technically sound, coordinated across disciplines, and aligned with project budgets and timelines. Your work will directly impact construction quality, reduction of rework, and the standardization of details and processes across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and update detailed architectural working drawings, GFC sets, and coordination drawings for RCC high-rise residential towers, including typical floors, cores, parking, and amenity areas.
- Develop and refine apartment/unit layouts, typical floor plans, cores, and parking layouts with a strong focus on efficiency, saleability, and compliance with Pune/Maharashtra DCR, fire, and parking norms.
- Coordinate closely with structural and MEP consultants to resolve clashes, finalize buildable details, and ensure alignment between architectural intent and engineering requirements.
- Create and maintain a standardized library of architectural details, door-window schedules, typical sections, and standard drawings to improve consistency and reduce rework across projects.
- Support cost control and value engineering by aligning materials, specifications, and standard details with project budgets while maintaining functional and aesthetic quality.
- Participate in internal design reviews and management/client presentations, clearly communicating design rationale, options, and implications on cost, timelines, and approvals.
- Work with project management and site teams to clarify drawings, address RFIs, and ensure that site execution follows approved GFCs, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
