About the Role
Are you passionate about startups, venture capital, and fundraising?
Pitch Our Way is looking for a Junior Investor Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with startup founders and investors, helping companies raise capital from the Pre-Revenue stage to IPO.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Investor Relations, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or Startup Fundraising.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and onboard new investors into our global investor network.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing investors.
• Identify and match relevant investors based on industry, stage, ticket size, and investment thesis.
• Coordinate investor outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and feedback.
• Work closely with founders on live fundraising mandates.
• Track investor conversations and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Support fundraising mandates across Pre-Revenue, Pre-Seed, Seed, Series A/B, Growth, Pre-IPO, SME IPO, and IPO stages.
• Coordinate internally with consulting, finance, and design teams to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications
• 2026 Graduate (Any Stream)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Passion for startups, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and fundraising process.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Prior internships in finance, consulting, business development, or startups are a plus.
