Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads, primarily for lead generation.
- Handle BFSI campaigns across loans, insurance, fintech, lending and financial products.
- Own the funnel from lead generation through CPL, lead quality and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns across budgets, audiences, creatives and performance.
- Work with GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Looker Studio.
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.
- Be comfortable managing campaigns across BFSI and other industries.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
- Strong BFSI lead-generation experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, CTR, CVR and lead quality.
- Experience with GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Agency experience preferred.
