📍 Mumbai | 6-Month Paid Internship | Full-Time Conversion Opportunity
If ROAS, Meta Ads & Google Ads sound exciting to you… we should talk. 👀
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join our team and work on real campaigns, real budgets & real e-commerce brands.
This isn’t the kind of internship where you spend 6 months just making coffee and updating spreadsheets. ☕😅 You’ll get hands-on experience and learn how campaigns are actually planned, launched, optimised and scaled.
🎯 What You’ll Work On
- Support campaigns across Meta & Google Ads
- Analyse key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates
- Conduct audience and competitor research
- Gain hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing
- Assist with campaign optimisation and performance reporting
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations
👀 What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything, we’re looking for someone with the right curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Genuine interest in performance marketing
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding why something worked or didn’t
- Eagerness to learn, experiment and take ownership
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome
