💼 What you’ll be doing:
• Handling customer conversations on tools like Limechat & Bik
• Calling customers for order confirmations & resolving delivery concerns
• Working closely with the Ops team to ensure smooth deliveries
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi)
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Someone who is proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented
