Role Description The Junior Consultant will support client engagements by conducting research, analyzing business processes, and preparing reports and presentations for senior consultants and client stakeholders. This full-time, on-site role in Surat includes gathering and interpreting data, assisting in designing tailored solutions, and helping implement recommendations across areas such as HR, sales, technology, and market analysis. The Junior Consultant will participate in client meetings, document requirements, and contribute to problem-solving workshops and strategy sessions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks. The Junior Consultant is expected to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and maintain a professional, client-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to collect, interpret, and present data clearly.
- Business acumen and understanding of core functions such as Human Resources, Sales, and basic market analysis.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare structured reports, slides, and client documentation.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and online collaboration platforms).
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work on cross-functional projects with guidance from senior team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a consulting environment.
- Interest in management consulting, technology-enabled solutions, and continuous learning to grow into more senior consulting roles.
