About Business Skool:
At Business Skool, our core mission is "A Place where entrepreneurs grow". We empower businesses and entrepreneurs by bridging the gap between planning and actual ground-level execution through our signature programs like the Udaan Foundation and Udaan Transformation programs. - Process Adoption: Guide clients hands-on in adopting recommended processes, new systems, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Workshops & Business Development: Conduct high-impact Business Development workshops for clients and proactively identify new transformation opportunities arising from workshop discussions.

- Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate seamlessly with clients for meeting scheduling, prompt follow-ups, and smooth execution of all implementation milestones.
- Internal Team Alignment: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of all transformation services.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for every client discussion or review within 24 hours, meticulously tracking all pending action items.

- Experience: Prior experience in business coaching, implementation, or client handling preferred.
- Skills: Strong follow-up discipline, problem-solving, attention to detail, and professional communication.
- Mindset: Comfortable with field work, outstation travel, and maintaining composure under pressure.
