Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Saket. The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects, including preparing conceptual layouts, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations under the guidance of senior team members. Responsibilities include assisting with space planning, material selection, and design documentation, as well as coordinating with consultants and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. The role also involves participating in client meetings, gathering requirements, updating project timelines, and contributing to design presentations and reports. The Junior Architect is expected to collaborate closely with the team, maintain organized project files, and adhere to quality and safety standards throughout the design process.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and design details.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools or digital workflows, enabling efficient use of CAD/BIM and visualization software.
- Basic Project Management skills, including task planning, time management, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and comfort with presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong visual and spatial design sense, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Saket as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices is an advantage.
