Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect with Revit Skills based in Gurugram. The role involves supporting the development of architectural designs, producing detailed drawings and 3D models in Revit, and assisting in the preparation of design presentations and documentation. The Junior Architect will collaborate with senior team members to refine design concepts, coordinate drawings across disciplines, and ensure that design solutions align with the studio’s sustainability and luxury standards. Day-to-day tasks include updating project models, assisting with design iterations, participating in internal reviews, and helping maintain organized project files and workflows. The role also requires close coordination with consultants and project stakeholders as directed by project leads.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to contribute to concept development and detailed design.
- Proficiency in Revit and preferably additional visualization tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, or rendering software.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong visual communication skills and attention to detail in drawings, models, and documentation.
- Interest in sustainable design, low-carbon strategies, and innovative material use.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Gurugram, take feedback constructively, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
