Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect located in Patiala. The Junior Architect will assist in designing architectural plans, supporting project management, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders. Tasks include developing project concepts, preparing detailed drawings, collaborating on design innovations, and ensuring projects align with functionality and sustainability guidelines. The role involves integrating creative ideas with practical solutions to support the delivery of exceptional designs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to draft creative, functional, and sustainable plans
- Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration to ensure seamless incorporation of technology into designs
- Experience or knowledge in Project Management to effectively coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) is preferred
- Relevant education, such as a degree in Architecture or a related field, is required
- Understanding of sustainability principles and ability to apply them in design projects is an advantage
