Engagement Type: Internship / Full-time Associate (based on experience)
iAccelerate is the venture advisory and investment banking arm of Accelerate Angels & Venture Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (AAVA). Through its brand Pune Angels Network (PAN), AAVA works with startups, SMBs, angel investors, funds, and ecosystem partners to deliver fundraising, M&A, debt syndication, and strategic advisory outcomes.
The Investment Banking Intern / Associate will be part of the core deal execution team, supporting fundraising, M&A, structured finance, and transaction advisory mandates across startups and SMBs.
· Support end-to-end execution of fundraising, M&A, and debt syndication mandates
· Assist in preparation of pitch decks, information memorandums, and investor materials
· Build and review financial models, projections, and valuation analysis
· Conduct industry, market, and comparable company research
· Support due diligence, data room preparation, and transaction documentation
· Coordinate investor interactions, follow-ups, and feedback collation
· Maintain deal trackers, MIS dashboards, and reporting discipline
- Desired Skills & Qualifications
· MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA (Pursuing or Qualified) / Engineering with finance interest
· Strong fundamentals in accounting, finance, and valuation
· Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis
· Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
· High ownership mindset and comfort with fast-paced environments
· Hands-on exposure to live startup and SMB transactions
· Direct interaction with founders, angel investors, and funds
· Strong learning curve in investment banking and venture advisory
