Role Overview
Drogo Aerospace is looking for an Inventory & Stock Management Executive to manage day-to-day inventory operations, stock records, material movement, and coordination with production, procurement, and warehouse teams. The role is suitable for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in inventory, stores, warehouse, or stock management, preferably in aerospace and drone sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, components, tools, consumables, and finished goods.
- Handle inward and outward material entries and ensure proper documentation.
- Track stock levels and support timely replenishment of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and warehouse teams for material availability.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
- Identify stock shortages, excess inventory, damaged materials, and discrepancies.
- Maintain GRN, issue slips, material transfer notes, and other inventory-related documents.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, bin management, and material handling.
- Support inventory audits and prepare stock reports as required.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Assist in dispatch coordination and finished goods stock tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory processes and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Basic understanding of stores, warehouse, and material movement processes in drone industry.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Coordination skills with internal departments.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up ability.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
- Candidates from Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce background will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in inventory, stores, stock management, warehouse, or supply chain operations, preferably in drone industry
- Experience in manufacturing, drone, aerospace, electronics, automotive, or engineering companies will be preferred.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should be disciplined, process-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate stock data. The candidate should be comfortable working with production and procurement teams and should ensure that materials are available on time for smooth operations.
