Role Description The Inventory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing property-related inventory and operational assets to support smooth real estate advisory and management activities. Day-to-day work includes tracking and reconciling inventory levels, maintaining accurate records in inventory systems, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials and resources. The role involves analyzing usage patterns, forecasting inventory needs, and implementing controls to reduce discrepancies, waste, and stockouts. The Inventory Manager will collaborate closely with operations, finance, and client-facing teams to support project timelines, prepare regular inventory reports, and recommend process improvements. This position requires hands-on oversight of storage areas, adherence to company policies, and consistent on-site presence to monitor and optimize inventory flows.
Qualifications
- Strong Inventory Management and Inventory Control skills, with experience maintaining accurate stock records and implementing control procedures.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret inventory data, forecast requirements, and support decision-making for property and operations management.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients in a professional manner.
- Ability to use inventory or ERP software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools for tracking, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Prior experience in real estate, facilities, or operations management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
