We're Hiring | Retail Sales Merchandiser

About The Role
We are looking for a Retail Sales Merchandiser who can manage relationships and business with multiple Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs) and act as a bridge between the brand and MBOs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and build relationships with multiple MBOs.
- Place designer brands across different MBOs and manage the accounts.
- Act as the primary POC between the brand and MBO.
- Generate and follow up on orders to drive sales.
- Manage stock availability, replenishment, and movement across MBOs.
- Coordinate with MBOs for sales updates, payments, orders, and deliveries.
- Identify new MBOs and business opportunities for brand expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor MBO-wise sales and identify opportunities to improve business.
- Maintain sales, stock, and MBO reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Skills Required
- 1–4 years of experience in Retail Sales / Fashion Merchandising / MBO Sales.
- Experience working with multiple MBOs will be preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of fashion/luxury retail will be an advantage.
Candidates who have previously worked with designer/luxury fashion brands, MBOs, or retail businesses will be preferred.
