NOURIA is Hiring – Inventory Executive / Associate

NOURIA is looking for an Inventory Executive / Associate to join our Operations & Inventory team and manage day-to-day inventory, stock movement, material planning and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily inventory operations, including inward, outward and stock movement
• Maintain accurate records of fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging materials and finished goods
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Purchase and Operations teams for daily material requirements
• Ensure timely availability of materials for production and order fulfilment
• Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices and required quantities
• Maintain proper SKU-wise, category-wise and location-wise inventory records
• Ensure proper rack allocation, labelling and systematic storage of materials
• Track fabric and materials issued for production, dyeing, printing and other processes
• Maintain records of material sent to and received back from external vendors
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory with system records
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, damages or excess inventory
• Monitor low-stock and pending material requirements and highlight them in advance
• Maintain accurate inventory data in Excel / Google Sheets and relevant inventory systems
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory MIS and stock reports
• Ensure proper documentation of all inventory movements
• Support inventory audits and continuous improvement of warehouse processes
What We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, Stores, Production or Supply Chain Operations
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of stock management and inventory reconciliation
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to maintain systematic records and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Fashion / Apparel / D2C / E-commerce will be an advantage
• Experience handling fabrics, trims, accessories or finished goods will be an added advantage
