Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Voice process role based in Mumbai on a 6-month contract. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with international customers, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a clear, professional manner. Responsibilities include following call scripts and process guidelines, documenting interactions accurately, and escalating complex concerns when necessary. Team members are expected to meet performance metrics such as quality scores, response times, and customer satisfaction targets while maintaining a courteous and service-oriented approach. The role may also include coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution and contributing feedback to improve call handling and customer experience.
Qualifications
- This is an entry level role so HSC and Graduate Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage international calls and provide a professional experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to understand customer issues, interpret information, and apply process guidelines effectively.
- Candidates should possess basic Finance understanding where relevant to billing, payments, or account-related discussions.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify opportunities, promote relevant services, and support conversion or retention objectives when required.
- Comfort with English language communication (verbal and written), including neutral accent and clear articulation.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts aligned with international time zones, with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
- Prior experience in international voice process, BPO, or contact center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of higher secondary or equivalent; a graduate degree is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and call-handling software.
- Professional, respectful behavior and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
