Role Description The Caller role at GISA Global Solution LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to support client requirements, including providing information, clarifying queries, and recording call details accurately. Daily tasks include following call scripts or guidelines, updating call logs and databases, and escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary. The role involves meeting call targets, adhering to quality standards, and maintaining a professional and courteous tone with all callers. The Caller will collaborate with team members and reporting managers to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills and clear, confident telephone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess active listening abilities and a customer-focused approach to handling queries and concerns.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including comfort with call logging tools and data entry.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle high call volumes and meet performance targets.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work in an on-site, team-based environment and follow established processes and scripts.
- Prior experience in call center, customer service, or telecalling roles is beneficial.
- Completion of secondary education or higher; proficiency in English and local languages commonly spoken in Mumbai is an advantage.
