Position: International Recruiter – Blue-Collar Recruitment

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced International Recruiter with hands-on experience in Gulf / Middle East blue-collar recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and mobilizing skilled and semi-skilled manpower for overseas requirements.
Candidates from a Recruitment & Staffing, Overseas Manpower or International Recruitment background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Gulf / Middle East blue-collar manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, recruitment networks, agents and other channels.
- Handle profiles such as Electricians, Plumbers, Masons, Carpenters, Welders, Drivers, Helpers, Technicians and other skilled/semi-skilled trades.
- Screen candidates based on trade, experience, skills, salary and client requirements.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, trade tests and selection processes.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with sourcing partners, agents and internal recruitment teams for candidate mobilization.
- Understand and communicate job details including salary, accommodation, working hours, benefits and employment conditions.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate documentation and deployment formalities with the concerned teams.
- Ensure timely submission of suitable candidates against client requirements.
- Track selections, medicals, documentation and deployment status.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular updates on open requirements and closures.
- Achieve recruitment and deployment targets within defined timelines.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in International / Overseas Recruitment.
- Strong experience in Blue-Collar and Semi-Skilled recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Gulf / Middle East manpower recruitment.
- Good understanding of overseas recruitment and candidate mobilization processes.
- Experience handling multiple trades and bulk manpower requirements.
- Strong sourcing, screening and candidate-handling skills.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under recruitment targets and tight timelines.
Preferred Background
Candidates from Recruitment & Staffing, Overseas Manpower, International Recruitment or Manpower Consultancy backgrounds, with experience handling Gulf / Middle East blue-collar manpower requirements, will be preferred.
