About the Role
We are hiring HR Recruiters to handle Non-IT recruitment for clients across multiple industries. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups and supporting candidates through joining.
Locations & Language
- Chennai: Any regional language other than Tamil is mandatory.
- Koramangala, Bengaluru: Kannada mandatory
- Bowenpally, Hyderabad: Telugu mandatory
Candidates must be fluent in the regional language required for their selected location.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, Foundit, Apna, LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial candidate calls
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Support offer and onboarding activities
- Build candidate pipelines and coordinate with clients for timely closures
Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- 0–3 years of HR/recruitment experience
- Freshers with relevant HR/recruitment internships may apply
- Non-IT recruitment experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Job portal sourcing experience preferred
- Basic MS Excel/MS Office knowledge
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Comfortable with target-oriented recruitment

Monday–Saturday | 9:15 AM–6:30 PM
