💼 About the Role
EPIV Solutions & Services is hiring energetic and target-oriented International Outbound Sales Executives for our US process.
The selected candidates will communicate with US customers, understand their requirements, explain suitable products and services, handle customer objections, and convert potential leads into successful sales.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer questions and objections effectively.
- Convert leads and customer interactions into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM.
- Follow company quality and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
✅ Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts.
- 1+ year of US outbound sales/BPO experience preferred.
- International voice, sales, BPO, telecom, banking, or customer-service experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
💰 Salary
₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month + Attractive Incentives
