We're Hiring: International Diamond Sales
📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat (Work From Office)
💼 Experience: 3+ Years (Preferred)

Are you passionate about the diamond industry and experienced in international sales? We're looking for a dynamic International Diamond Sales Manager to drive global business growth, build long-term client relationships, and expand our presence in international markets.
What You'll Do
* Develop and manage relationships with international diamond buyers and wholesalers.
* Identify and acquire new business opportunities across global markets.
* Handle the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to successful deal closure.
* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
* Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Monitor international market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
* Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings when required.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in International Diamond Sales.
* Strong knowledge of diamond grading, pricing, certification standards, and international diamond markets.
* Existing network of international diamond buyers will be a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Willingness to travel internationally when required.
