Role Description The International CATI Research Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves managing computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) projects for international markets, including coordinating sample, briefing interviewers, and monitoring fieldwork to ensure quality and timeliness. The executive will support questionnaire design, script testing, and data validation, while maintaining accurate project documentation and status updates. Daily responsibilities include liaising with internal teams and external partners, resolving respondent or field issues, and preparing basic reports or summaries of findings. The role also requires adherence to research protocols, data privacy standards, and continuous improvement of CATI processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
Qualifications
- Strong Market Research and Analytical Skills relevant to CATI-based international studies.
- Experience in Questionnaire Design and survey structuring for quantitative research.
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills for interacting with teams, clients, and field staff.
- Proficiency with CATI systems and familiarity with data collection and quality control processes.
- Ability to work with global stakeholders, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and basic data reporting.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving orientation, and commitment to ethical and accurate data handling.
