Role Description The Interior Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves coordinating interior projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring work aligns with design specifications and quality standards. The Interior Project Coordinator will liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and on-site teams to clarify requirements, manage materials, and resolve day-to-day issues. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, monitoring timelines and budgets, and supporting site supervision to ensure smooth execution. The role also requires regular reporting to management on project status and proactive identification of risks or delays.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in interior project coordination, including planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder communication, client handling, and coordination with designers, vendors, and on-site teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation, basic budgeting, and maintaining project records and reports.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality checking, attention to detail, and adherence to design and safety standards.
- Relevant experience in interior design, fit-out projects, or construction coordination is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic project management tools and familiarity with drawings or layouts is an advantage.
