Role Description The Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This position is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of Salesforce and related technology projects, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, scheduled, and completed on time. Day-to-day activities include maintaining project documentation, tracking progress against milestones, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners. The Project Coordinator will assist with resource allocation, identify risks and issues, and help prepare status reports and updates for stakeholders. This role also involves ensuring adherence to project processes and quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement across projects.
Qualifications
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including task tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication, with the ability to clearly convey information and manage expectations.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; familiarity with digital experience tools (e.g., Shopify, React JS) is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze project data, identify risks or dependencies, and support problem-solving and decision-making.
- Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and project management applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail, accountability for deliverables, and a proactive approach to learning and professional growth.
