Role Description The Interior Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position supports end-to-end coordination of interior projects, including managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring that sourced products align with design specifications and client requirements. The coordinator will liaise with designers, vendors, and internal teams, prepare project documentation, and assist with order management, logistics follow-ups, and installation schedules. Daily responsibilities include maintaining project status reports, resolving coordination issues, updating stakeholders on progress, and ensuring quality and consistency across all project stages. The role also involves supporting sample approvals, compiling mood boards or product selections, and contributing to a smooth, hassle-free project execution experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong project coordination and organizational skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and documentation management.
- Candidates should possess skills in client and vendor communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle correspondence in a clear and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess basic interior design understanding, including familiarity with materials, finishes, furniture, and current design trends.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with office productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email and communication platforms).
- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work accurately under timelines and multiple project demands.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field; relevant experience in interior or construction projects is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach in a diverse work environment.
