Role Description The Projects Site Coordinator – Medical is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day project activities at medical project sites, including scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The coordinator will liaise with engineers, contractors, and client representatives to facilitate smooth installation, commissioning, and maintenance of medical equipment or infrastructure. Daily tasks include maintaining detailed site documentation, preparing status reports, addressing operational issues, and supporting compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. The role also involves assisting in resource planning, monitoring timelines, and ensuring customer requirements are clearly communicated and met at the site.
Qualifications
- Experienced Electrical Engineering professional in execution and lifecycle management of healthcare infrastructure projects including Modular Operation Theatres (MOT), MGPS, Nurse Call Systems and OT Lighting. Proven track record in installation, commissioning, project coordination and AMC/CMC business generation across Pan India healthcare facilities. Strong ability to manage site execution, client relationships and technical operations ensuring timely project delivery and operational excellence.
