Location: Saket, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development, including layouts, mood boards, material selection, and presentations.
- Manage client interactions, design reviews, and project requirements.
- Oversee project execution and conduct site visits to ensure design quality and adherence to plans.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio across commercial, retail, hospitality, educational, or experiential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.
Preferred
- Experience in educational, children's, retail, or experiential spaces.
- Knowledge of sustainable and biophilic design principles.
- Experience mentoring junior designers.
