Role Description The Interior Design Intern will support project teams in developing interior concepts, preparing drawings, and assisting with space planning for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating mood boards, helping with material and furniture selections, coordinating FF&E documentation, and updating project presentations. The intern will assist with site visits, measurements, and basic supervision tasks to help ensure accurate implementation of design details. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring close collaboration with designers, contractors, and craftspeople in a studio and project environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Space Planning for residential and commercial environments.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Furniture design and FF&E (fixtures, furniture, and equipment) selection and coordination.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with design teams, contractors, and clients.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work on-site in New Delhi on a full-time schedule.
