Role Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, primarily in residential interior design, to join our team in New Delhi.
The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept development through execution, creating innovative and functional design solutions while coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams. Experience in commercial or hospitality projects is welcome, provided the candidate has significant exposure to residential interiors.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and client presentations.
- Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and produce construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution quality and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with majority experience in residential interior design projects.
- Experience in commercial and hospitality projects is an added advantage.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in space planning, design development, and construction detailing.
- Experience with FF&E selection, material specifications, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion, or 3ds Max/V+Ray
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality design standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional interiors.
