Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop design concepts, create detailed space plans, and select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with project goals and budgets. Daily responsibilities include preparing design presentations, producing construction drawings and documentation, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing implementation to ensure design integrity and quality standards. The role involves conducting site visits, reviewing progress, resolving on-site design issues, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule with a strong focus on functionality, aesthetics, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) skills, including concept development and selection of finishes and materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to create efficient, safe, and visually cohesive layouts.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution and coordination with project stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess competency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and basic MS Office for project communication.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects.
- Strong visual, creative, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and understanding of materials, lighting, and building codes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage client expectations.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving client and project requirements.
