Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, develop design concepts, and create detailed layouts for residential spaces, modular kitchens, and custom furniture. Daily responsibilities include preparing mood boards, floor plans, 2D/3D drawings, and material selections, as well as coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. The role involves conducting site visits, overseeing installation and finishing work, and maintaining design quality, timelines, and budget constraints. The Interior Designer will also contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and help ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in interior space planning, concept development, and residential design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar 2D/3D software.
- Experience with material selection, finishes, colour schemes, and furniture design.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including site coordination and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on quality and timely delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Prior experience in residential interiors or turnkey projects in an on-site setting is an advantage.
