Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Mira Bhayandar. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, plans, and drawings for luxury residential and commercial interiors, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and client-focused solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with architects and project teams, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves meeting with clients to understand requirements, presenting design proposals, overseeing design implementation, and ensuring projects adhere to timelines and quality standards. The Interior Designer will also support site visits, vendor coordination, and design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional and visually compelling layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and their integration with interior solutions.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings for execution on site.
- Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination for luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Prior experience in high-end or luxury interior projects is an advantage.
