Role Description This full-time, on-site Interior Designer role is based in the Pune Division and focuses on high-end modular kitchens and luxury wardrobes. The Interior Designer will meet with clients to understand their lifestyle, needs, and aesthetic preferences, then translate these requirements into functional design concepts and detailed layouts. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing design proposals and mood boards, coordinating materials and finishes, and creating or reviewing construction drawings. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and vendors, supervising site execution to ensure designs are implemented accurately, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards. The Interior Designer will also support showroom presentations, provide design input for marketing materials, and stay updated on trends in kitchen systems, wardrobe solutions, and appliances.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and space planning to create functional, aesthetically pleasing kitchen and wardrobe layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to develop accurate technical plans and coordinate effectively with execution teams.
- Candidates should possess skills related to FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to select appropriate products, finishes, and appliances aligned with design concepts and client budgets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, along with proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
- Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly with clients and teams, and work on-site as required.
- Experience in residential interiors, modular kitchens, or wardrobe systems is an advantage; familiarity with premium brands and luxury finishes is preferred.
