Company Description NEEEV Design Studio is an interior design practice based in New Delhi, dedicated to creating thoughtful, functional, and timeless spaces. Role Description The Interior Design Intern role at NEEEV Design Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, New Delhi. The intern will assist in space planning, concept development, and preparing design presentations and mood boards for residential, commercial, and workspace projects. Daily tasks include supporting material and finish selection, furniture and FF&E coordination, and updating drawings and layouts under the guidance of senior designers. The intern will help with site visits, documentation, and coordination with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth execution. The role also involves maintaining project files, capturing site progress, and contributing creative ideas that align with the studio’s design philosophy.
Qualifications
- Ability to work on Space Planning and Interior Design concepts with attention to functionality and aesthetics.
- Understanding of Furniture and FF&E (fixtures, fittings, and equipment) selection, layouts, and detailing.
- Strong Communication skills for coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong sense of responsibility, willingness to learn on site, and ability to work full time from the studio and project locations.
- Attention to detail, basic understanding of materials and finishes, and interest in residential and commercial interiors.
- Portfolio or academic work samples demonstrating design thinking and drawing skills are highly preferred.
