WE’RE HIRING | INTERIOR DESIGNER

At MWM Spaces, we create bespoke interiors that are personal, refined and thoughtfully executed. From understanding a client’s lifestyle to developing the design, detailing every element and seeing it come alive on site, we believe the journey is as important as the final space.
We are looking for an Interior Designer to join our growing design studio in Gurugram.
Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Location: Gurugram
Domain: Luxury Residential Interiors & Turnkey Projects
THE ROLE
As an Interior Designer at MWM Spaces, you will work across the design journey, from the initial brief to design development and execution.
You will:
• Understand client requirements, lifestyle and aesthetic aspirations
• Develop thoughtful concepts, space plans, mood boards and material palettes
• Create detailed furniture, lighting, ceiling and interior design solutions
• Collaborate closely with our 3D, 2D, BOQ and execution teams
• Prepare compelling design presentations and client proposals
• Coordinate with vendors, material partners and execution teams
• Participate in client meetings, design discussions and site visits
• Ensure that every design is not only visually refined but also technically practical and executable
• Contribute ideas, details and design solutions that elevate the overall project
SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY
We’re looking for strong working knowledge of:
AutoCAD — layouts, working drawings & furniture detailing
SketchUp — 3D modelling & spatial visualization
V-Ray / Enscape — design visualization & rendering
Photoshop — mood boards, material compositions & presentations
InDesign / Canva — presentations & design communication
MS Office — basic documentation, Excel & PowerPoint
Knowledge of 3ds Max, Corona Renderer or other visualization tools will be an added advantage.

We’re looking for a designer who understands why a space works, someone who can translate an idea into a considered design and ultimately into a beautifully executed space.
