Job details:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our design team and work on high-end residential and commercial interior projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent understanding of materials and detailing, and the ability to take a project from concept to execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and design presentations.
* Prepare detailed drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations and working drawings.
* Develop and maintain detailed design documentation throughout the project.
* Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and consultants.
* Visit project sites regularly to monitor execution and ensure designs are implemented accurately.
* Select and specify furniture, finishes, fabrics, lighting, accessories and other interior elements.
* Coordinate with the production and manufacturing teams for bespoke furniture and custom elements.
* Review shop drawings, material samples and mock-ups.
* Ensure projects are executed within the approved design, quality and timeline requirements.
* Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications and project documentation.
* Keep up to date with current interior design trends, materials, finishes and luxury furniture.
