Commercial Claims Manager
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Claims Manager to lead the end-to-end claims function, ensuring timely claim settlements, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for managing claims operations, leading the claims team, and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end commercial claims.
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, surveyors, and stakeholders.
- Review, investigate, and settle claims as per company guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the claims team.
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve escalated claims and improve claim processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless claim handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Commercial Claims Management.
- Experience with insurance companies, brokers, or corporate insurance.
- Strong knowledge of commercial claims processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
