Role Purpose
Indas / IFRS IGAAP Financial Preparation and Reporting
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Financial Reporting as per IRDAI and AS (Indian GAAP)
Financial Reporting to Group as per IFRS
Preparation of Proforma INDAS Financials for IRDAI
Regulatory Reporting to IRDAI like BAP reporting, Public Disclosures
Liaising with auditors for statutory and other audit closure
Review of Financials, Ledger scrutiny
Educational Qualifications
Chartered Accountant
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years in insurance industry
Key Skills & Competencies
Financial Reporting and accounting standard IndAs / IFRS
Audit Handling
Group MIS and other reporting requirement
ERP Implementation
Financial Analysis
