Position: Instructional Designer
Experience: 1–3 Years
What You'll Do:
- Design and develop engaging learning content for corporate and professional training programs.
- Create detailed storyboards for eLearning courses.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, analyze, and structure content.
- Design effective microlearning modules and performance support resources.
- Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centric, outcome-driven content.
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with business and learning objectives.
What we are looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in Instructional Design.
- Hands-on experience in storyboarding and content design.
- Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Strong understanding of microlearning design principles.
- Experience designing learning solutions for corporate training or professional certification/courseware.
- Excellent communication, content structuring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools is an added advantage.
