• 12–15 years of overall experience, with at least 8 years in technical program or project
management delivering enterprise software or complex cross-functional programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
• A track record of operating across both customer-facing and internal programs — not delivery
execution alone.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent delivery engagements to on-time
completion in a customer-facing environment.
