We're hiring: Influencer Marketing Expert (AI & Tech) — AIFY Media
📍 Remote now · Bangalore office in a few months (hybrid)
AIFY Media is the creator agency built exclusively for AI & tech brands. We manage 70+ AI/tech creators and run campaigns for brands like Hailuo, Meshy, HeyGen, Emergent and Kickresume across the US, Canada and Australia.
We're looking for someone rare: an operator who works both sides of the creator economy. One day you're a talent manager growing a creator's income; the next you're a campaign manager delivering results for a brand. If you've only ever done one half, this role will stretch you — in a good way.
What you'll own:
Creator side — as their manager:
Manage a roster of AI/tech creators: pitch them to brands, negotiate rates, grow their income deal by deal
Onboard creators into exclusive representation and build out our roster
Build real relationships — you're their advocate, their strategist, the reason they stay
Brand side — as campaign lead:
Run brand campaigns end to end: brief, creator selection, deliverables, timelines, QA
Negotiate scope and budgets, and own the relationship so brands come back
You'll thrive here if you:
Have influencer marketing / talent management / campaign execution experience — ideally both sides
Have onboarded creators into exclusivity and built or grown an agency roster.
Are a strong negotiator who's closed and managed real brand deals.
Build trust fast with creators and brand marketers alike.
Are organized enough to run many campaigns at once without dropping the ball
Communicate sharply in English (you'll work with US/CA/AU brands daily).
Minimum 2 years of experience in this space.
Big plus: you've worked with AI/tech brands or AI/tech creators before. This niche moves fast — knowing it already puts you ahead.
The setup: Remote to start. We're opening a Bangalore office in the coming months and would love you there hybrid once it's live — so ideally you're in or open to relocating to Bangalore.
