About JITO Incubation & Innovation Foundation (JIIF)
JIIF is the startup and investment arm of JITO, supporting early-stage startups through incubation, acceleration, government grants, and angel funding. JIIF has invested ₹280+ Cr across 110+ startups and incubated 55+ ventures.
Role Overview
The Incubation Manager will handle end-to-end incubation operations, including startup onboarding, program execution, government grant facilitation, and portfolio tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incubation & acceleration programs and cohort execution
• Handle startup onboarding, milestone tracking, mentor sessions & demo days
• Identify and facilitate government grants, CSR & institutional funding
• Coordinate with government bodies, CSR partners & institutions
• Track startup performance, MIS dashboards & portfolio reviews
• Manage startup events, showcases, investor meets & grant workshops
• Support marketing activities, outreach & brand visibility for programs
• Source high-potential startups for new cohorts
• Manage partnerships with ecosystem players, mentors & investors
• Act as a key support interface for founders post-incubation
Qualifications & Skills:
• MBA (Marketing / Finance)
• Strong background in startup ecosystem or startup incubation
• Understanding of grants, funding & incubation processes
• Strong communication, coordination & execution skills
