7 Migration Visa Services is a professional immigration and visa consultancy helping individuals and families explore international opportunities for work permits, immigration, study visas, tourist visas, and business visas.
We are looking for a motivated and communication-oriented Telecaller / Immigration Consultant to join our Pune team and assist prospective clients through the initial stages of their immigration journey.
Job Summary
As a Telecaller / Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients generated through our digital marketing campaigns and other lead sources, understanding their requirements, providing accurate preliminary information about relevant visa processes, and converting qualified leads into consultations and registrations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work towards sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand clients' requirements, background, education, experience, destination preferences, and immigration goals.
- Provide preliminary information regarding relevant work permits, immigration, study, tourist, and business visa processes.
- Explain basic eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, process timelines, and applicable consultancy procedures.
- Qualify leads based on their profile, requirements, and genuine interest.
- Schedule consultations or appointments with senior immigration consultants when required.
- Follow up consistently with interested and pending leads.
- Maintain accurate and updated lead information in the company's CRM system.
- Record call outcomes, client objections, follow-up dates, and lead status.
- Handle common client objections professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the senior consulting and sales team for qualified leads.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the initial consultation and sales process.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive client experience at every interaction.
- Stay updated on the company's current immigration programs, services, and internal processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi; Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Strong listening and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and explain information clearly.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and following up with leads.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems, WhatsApp, email, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales results.

Compensation
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Compensation may vary based on experience, communication skills, and performance.
