Qualifications: Completed or Pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s in Legal Studies, LLB, Public Policy, Social Work, Data Analytics, Mass Comm, BSW/MSW, Political Science, Human-Centered Design. Health Science, Community Nursing, Development Studies, Forest Management, Entrepreneurship, Rural Management,
Developing materials, workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Community engagement in matrices with public policy, governance, social sector, development studies, political science, economics, management,
- Synchronized field-coordination model designed to streamline engagement programs.
- Conduct field visits to map information gaps, community touchpoints, and vulnerable voter groups (e.g., PwDs, senior citizens, first-time voters)
- Rapid citizen surveys to evaluate whether official information MS Excel/Google Sheets, Canva/Adobe Express, and data collection tools (e KoboToolbox, ODK, Google Forms)
- Architect end-to-end information pathways, updates of government circulars to the general public and vulnerable populations.
- Capacity building, deep verification of the underlying surveys of H2H verification through
- Lead local stakeholder meetings (Panchayat representatives, Ward Committees, Resident Welfare Associations, CSOs) to build vote awareness.
- Design training modules, simplified operational sheets for streamlining data gathering, household verification, and ethical engagement with the bureaucracy, communities and the leadership
- Participatory Rural Appraisal principles to create localized, low-literacy-friendly, actionable information toolkit in Marathi to empower rural citizens, Panchayatis, SHGs frontline workers.
- Contextual adaptation, vernacular development of Marathi-readable modules. Act as a bridge between core design team & rural end-users (farmers, SHG members, youth, Gram Sabhas, village seniors).
- Co-facilitate participatory mapping exercises, FGDs with rural women, youth, and local influencers.
- Bridge intensive strategy with ground execution to drive measurable behavior change and institutional adoption with Block Development Officers, Sarpanchs, PRI members, CBO partners, and SHG federations to embed engagement modules into existing rural administrative workflows.
- Reversal Learning Strategy from community mobilizers during rural pilots and scale-up phases.
- Conceptual, ethical, factual storytelling abilities, comfort working without the team leadership, agility under evolving field conditions, and a strong commitment to rural equity.
- Qualitative design, empathy mapping & synthesis, negative sentiment piloting, ground feedback & asset adaptation under behavior change communication
- Be a transformation partner for rural communities in real-time social listening, hyper-local functioning of institutions tracking for bridging gaps, ground-level message verification across cadre-based networks.
- Understand welfare architecture of unified portals like MahaDBT, Mahaswayam to streamline applications, eligibility, be poc to bridge and catalyse eligible beneficiaries and approval officers. Scuttle out the discrepancies in scheme reach out through Village tier officers, circles, functional responsible mechanism of bodies.
- En routing comm. workers on health, education, agriculture, youth-centric schemes in the rural systems; create information design with integrity to work with SEOs of the villages.
Grassroots Bottleneck Mapping: Shadow beneficiaries at Setu Kendras, GPOs, CSCs to map friction points in application processing, eKYC verification, and document upload.
Beneficiary Assistance & IEC Design: Help design simplified Marathi visual guides, infographics, step-by-step application walkthroughs for flagship state schemes.
MahaDBT & Portal Field Audits: Understand the assessments of field audits across Gram Panchayats and suggest the best measures for efficient functioning
Community Mobilization: Assist local grassroots cadres (Anganwadi & Asha workers, Krishi Sevaks) in organizing scheme awareness camps for marginalized groups.
- Data Log Maintenance: Record field grievances, document submission gaps, and application approval rates into daily tracking dashboards.
- Meet the commissioner, rural development officers, health administration officers, statistical officers for triangulation of updates with EBA's & SOP's.
- Meet the DC, SCs, EROS for compliance, escalations, presentations, data discrepancies, mapping issues, reporting to compliance state-level agencies.
- Ground observation, beneficiary support & asset testing, mapping & delivery lead, Setu staff, local frontline workers, BDOs, Tehsildars, District Officers, CSC Network Heads, field survey data collection, project module ownership at Taluka/District level
- Round table meetings across the high functional administration, legal policies, functional understanding people representation act.
- Understanding of the orders of Election Commission of India, in exercise of its powers under Article 324 of the Constitution of India; Section 21 along with other applicable provisions of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, under Special Intensive Revision.
- Legal & administrative understanding of Enumeration Phase of SIR: Booth Level Officers, conduct house-to-house visits, enumeration, and legal filing of affidavits for non-compliance in distribution, collection, and verification of forms.
