Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Draftsman in the HVAC Department. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of
HVAC drafting and detailing, with hands-on experience in preparing HVAC layouts and
drawings. The candidate should have good understanding of HVAC systems, coordination
requirements and should be comfortable working in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of HVAC layouts, ducting layouts and detailed HVAC drawings as per project
requirements.
• Preparation of AHU room layouts, equipment layouts and HVAC service drawings.
• Preparation of duct routing, chilled water piping and related HVAC drawings.
• Preparation of sections, details and installation drawings for HVAC systems.
• Preparation and modification of drawings based on engineering inputs and project
requirements.
• Incorporation of comments and revisions in drawings as per client and engineering team
requirements.
• Coordination of HVAC drawings with Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Piping and other MEP
services.
• Preparation of drawings for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical facilities, including
cleanroom and controlled-area HVAC layouts.
• Understanding and maintaining HVAC zoning, pressure cascade and cleanroom
requirements in drawings.
• Ensure drawings are prepared as per company standards and project timelines.
• Coordination with HVAC Engineers and other departments for timely completion of project
deliverables.
• Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings.
Qualification:
• Diploma / ITI – Mechanical Engineering / Draftsman
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of HVAC drafting and detailing is required.
