We are looking for a technically strong and enthusiastic Mechanical CAD & Design Instructor who can deliver high-quality CAD and mechanical design training and represent Medini at engineering colleges and partner institutions.
For Freshers, Basic software knowledge is required and training will be provided to upskill as per requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and hands-on training in Mechanical CAD, Design, Drafting, and 3D Modeling.
Train students and graduates on industry-relevant CAD and engineering design tools.
Conduct Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Skill Development Programs (SDPs), workshops, seminars, and technical sessions.
Travel to engineering colleges and partner institutions to conduct training programs.
Deliver engaging technical presentations and practical demonstrations.
Train learners in areas such as 2D drafting, 3D modeling, assemblies, engineering drawings, and mechanical design.
Develop training content, practical exercises, assignments, and project-based learning activities.
Mentor students in academic and industry-oriented mechanical design projects.
Evaluate learner performance and provide technical feedback.
Interact professionally with students, faculty members, placement teams, and college management.
Stay updated with emerging CAD technologies, design practices, and industry requirements.
Represent Medini Technologies professionally during college visits and institutional programs.
Technical SkillsCandidates should have knowledge of one or more of the following:
AutoCAD
Autodesk Fusion
SolidWorks
2D Drafting
3D Modeling
Assembly Design
Mechanical Design
Eligibility:
B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
Good knowledge of at least one Mechanical CAD software.
Freshers with strong CAD skills and a passion for teaching are welcome.
Prior industry, training, teaching, or project experience will be an added advantage.
