🚀 WE’RE HIRING | HR EXECUTIVE – RECRUITMENT & OPERATIONS

Zentroverse Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations to support our growing team and recruitment assignments across the Automotive, Technology, Digital Marketing and Consulting sectors.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination and onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, references and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit for positions across Sales, Service, CRM, Digital Marketing, Software/IT and Automotive Dealership operations.
- Support recruitment requirements of Zentroverse as well as client/dealership projects.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Maintain an organized candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates, management and clients.
- Follow up with candidates until selection, offer acceptance and joining.
- Prepare and maintain JD, offer letters, appointment letters, employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, employee engagement and basic HR operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment MIS covering openings, candidates sourced, interviews, selections and joining status.
👤 Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
- Good command of Hindi & English.
- Strong communication, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and candidate sourcing.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and online recruitment portals will be an advantage.
- Experience in Automobile/Dealership/IT/Digital Marketing recruitment will be preferred.
- Must be proactive, disciplined and comfortable working with recruitment targets.
