Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Pulse Job will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement in an on-site role based in Mumbai. This full-time position involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records and documentation. The role includes partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, supporting organizational development initiatives, and driving a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, coordinate training and development programs, and support compensation and benefits processes. The individual will also analyze HR metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong HR operations and talent management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience in policy development, HR compliance, and familiarity with Indian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools, such as HRIS, ATS, and basic data analysis for HR reporting and metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training, development, and engagement initiatives to support organizational growth.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Previous experience in a managerial HR role within a technology, recruitment, or service-oriented organization is preferred.
