Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Chandigarh, India. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records in line with company policies and local regulations. The role involves supporting employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating performance management processes, and assisting in resolving workplace concerns in a fair and consistent manner. The individual will help develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating recruitment activities, facilitating training and development initiatives, and contributing to HR projects that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with a solid understanding of core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, including experience with compliance, documentation, and process implementation.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee issues, feedback, and engagement activities professionally.
- Relevant skills such as recruitment coordination, performance management support, and familiarity with HRIS or HR software are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are required.
- Experience in healthcare or technology-driven environments and knowledge of Indian labor laws will be considered an asset.
